What is your return policy and how many days do I have to return a product?

We will gladly exchange or give you full credit for merchandise returned to us within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase in its original, unused, condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice and/or labels and a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”).  Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged in any manner will NOT be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept any merchandise returned not in accordance with these return requirements.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as your form of payment.  Original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.  Gift cards cannot be returned.   
How do I return an item?

Merchandise purchased through a retail store must be returned to the retail store from which it was originally purchased. If you are returning merchandise purchased online using our website, please e-mail us at returns@eyefolds.com when returning any portion of an order.  We will provide you with an RMA which you must submit together with your return.  We recommend that you ship returned merchandise via FedEx or UPS so you can track your return.  We are not responsible for merchandise lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged while in transit to us.
How long do I have to wait for my credit?

Merchandise returned to us will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt. We will send you a confirmation email once your account has been credited.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as your form of payment. 
What happens if I request an exchange?

If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the amount you paid for the original merchandise, less the original shipping costs (if any), and charged for the price of the exchanged merchandise plus as applicable shipping and handling fees.  You can expect to receive your exchanged order within 30 days from the date we receive your return.
Do I get a refund of my original shipping costs and do I need to pay shipping for exchanged merchandise?

Original shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.  You may need to pay for additional shipping costs if you are requesting an exchange.
